Overview
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to work closely with our General Product Manager and ensure the seamless execution of product development in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure that technical requirements are accurately interpreted, realistic workflows are designed, and roadmaps are effectively planned and executed. This role focuses on making sure that development teams stay aligned with product goals and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Support Product Development Collaborate with the General Product Manager to translate business requirements into technical deliverables, ensure accurate interpretation by developers, and break down complex technical challenges.

Bridge Between Engineering and Design Work closely with design to ensure user-centered and feasible solutions, provide insights for realistic workflows, and align design, development, and product teams.

Roadmap and Timeline Management Support roadmap creation, ensure realistic timelines, tracks progress, and help resolve technical roadblocks.

Ensure Quality and Delivery Collaborate with QA to ensure high standards, facilitate testing and validation, and monitor post-release performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as technical counterpart to the GPM, communicate with stakeholders, and support delivery of market-aligned products.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably within tech or financial services.
- Ability to translate business and product requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate customer needs into product features.
- Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage technical challenges.
- Experience working closely with developers and designers to deliver features that meet both technical and user expectations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
