Senior Product Designer

Overview

The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

• Design Leadership: Assume a leadership role within the UI/UX design team, providing direction, mentorship, and guidance to junior designers. Set the standard for design excellence and foster a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Advanced Design: Take the lead in crafting high-impact and visually stunning user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) across various platforms, ensuring the highest standards of design quality, usability, and accessibility.
• Design Strategy: Play a key role in shaping the design strategy and vision for the Company's products. Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives and user needs.
• Cross-Platform Expertise: Apply your design expertise to create consistent and engaging user experiences across web, mobile, and other digital platforms. Ensure seamless transitions between different interfaces.
• User-Centered Design: Champion user-centered design principles, conducting user research, usability testing, and user feedback analysis to inform and validate design decisions. Continuously iterate on designs based on user insights.
• Collaboration with Development Teams: Collaborate closely with frontend and backend development teams to ensure the successful implementation of UI/UX designs. Maintain open communication channels to address technical considerations and ensure design feasibility.
• Design System Development: Lead the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides, fostering design consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Innovative Solutions: Act as a design problem solver, tackling complex design challenges and finding innovative solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Usability and Accessibility: Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and usability best practices. Advocate for an inclusive and user-friendly digital experience.
• Prototyping and Testing: Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability tests to validate design concepts and gather user feedback. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve designs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Expertise in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Animation tools
• Strong understanding of design systems to create visually appealing and consistent interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with user research, wireframing, and prototyping, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Collaborative and team-oriented, with experience in agile development environments.
• Experience working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design decisions with business goals
