HR Manager(FMM & RollPay)

(Full-time, Hybrid in Lagos)

Overview

The HR Manager will lead the HR function for both FMM and RollPay, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This role ensures that both companies attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to support growth and career progression.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and records, ensuring accurate tracking of employee data.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in tech or entertainment industries.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven track record of managing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HR software and tools.
