Overview

The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for establishing and managing strategic partnerships that are critical for driving growth and success for RollPay and FMM. The focus will be on partners that help advance the company's mission and enable FMM to provide top-tier services to customers and the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that enhance FMM's service offerings and add value to the customer experience.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop partnership strategies that align with product development and market positioning.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, ensuring agreements contribute to the company's long-term goals.
  • Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing updates on ROI and strategic benefits to the CEO.
  • Attend industry events and meetings to explore new partnership opportunities that strengthen FMM's market presence.
  • Ensure that partnerships advance FMM's ability to provide exceptional services to customers and the industry, with social good and industry influence as part of our focus.
