Overview
The Account Managers will oversee client accounts, ensure timely payments, and provide financial advice to RollPay clients. This role is essential for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring that financial operations run smoothly for RollPay's customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing them with ongoing financial advice and support.
- Monitor account activity, identify potential discrepancies, and address issues promptly.
- Develop financial strategies and reports for clients to help them optimize their payroll and financial processes.
- Work closely with the finance and customer service teams to ensure seamless account management.
- Assist in developing tools and processes to streamline financial operations for clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management, ideally within financial services or tech industries.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to understand complex financial processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Experience with financial management software and CRM tools.
